A polished, four-story building that rises above the others is the compound's laboratory where most of the research takes place. Subjects mainly come in when told to but occasionally wander in voluntarily due to illness. The first floor is primarily used for general interviews, blood draws, and overnight studies. Second floor is used for more complicated treatment and analysis of blood, tissue, etc. The third floor is for subjects who have fallen ill. Only the administrator and supervisors have access to the fourth floor.
